1) Assist the project manager in analyzing the client's technical requirements and develop technical solutions;
2) Develop construction plans based on the technical solutions;
3) Responsible for the selection, price comparison, and preparation of procurement plans and lists for electrical components;
4) Draw electrical schematics and wiring diagrams based on the technical solutions;
5) Responsible for the professional acceptance of important electrical components upon arrival;
6) Supervise the installation, wiring, and calibration of electrical components;
7) Responsible for writing and testing PLC programs, HMI screens, and upper computer software;
8) Responsible for setting parameters and initial debugging of frequency converters;
9) Responsible for on-site installation and debugging of equipment;
10) Responsible for training relevant personnel;
11) Assist in client project acceptance;
12) Responsible for signing completion documents;
13) Responsible for after-sales technical support;
14) Other tasks assigned by the company;
1.2 Job Responsibilities - Technical Service Category - Oil Drilling Equipment
1) Assist the project manager in analyzing the technical requirements or fault information provided by the client and develop technical solutions;
2) Develop construction plans based on the technical solutions;
3) Determine the spare parts to be purchased based on the technical solutions, responsible for spare parts selection, price comparison, and preparation of procurement plans and lists;
4) Draw electrical schematics and wiring diagrams based on the technical solutions;
5) Responsible for the professional acceptance of electrical components upon arrival;
6) Responsible for the installation, replacement, and debugging of relevant spare parts on-site;
7) Responsible for writing and testing PLC programs, HMI screens, and upper computer software;
8) Responsible for setting parameters and initial debugging of frequency converters;
9) Responsible for analyzing the causes of faults and organizing reports to inform the client;
10) Responsible for training relevant personnel;
11) Assist in client acceptance;
12) Responsible for signing completion documents;
13) Responsible for technical support work;
14) Other tasks assigned by the company;
1.3 Job Responsibilities - Technical Service Category - Petrochemical
1) Responsible for the debugging of Toshiba Mitsubishi (TMEIC) medium voltage frequency converter TMdrive-MVG2;
2) Responsible for the debugging of Toshiba excitation control unit TD-EXC;
3) Responsible for the debugging of Aocon (AUCOM) soft starter MVE series;
4) Responsible for the rectification and inverter of Mitsubishi low voltage frequency converter FR series;
5) Able to independently complete the debugging of 1-2 types of the above equipment.
2. Job Requirements: 1) Related major in electrical automation, with a college degree or above;
2) More than three years of relevant electrical design experience, experience in the industrial control industry, and familiarity with industrial communication networks;
3) Proficient in programming and PLC communication of at least one of SIEMENS, AB, ABB;
4) Proficient in using at least one HMI touchscreen design software such as SIEMENS, AB, ABB;
5) Proficient in at least one frequency converter such as SIEMENS, ABB, OMRON;
6) Familiar with commonly used device bus communication in automation control systems, such as 485, MODBUS, PROFIBUS, TCP/IP, etc.;
7) Proficient in at least one upper computer configuration software such as WinCC, Kingview;
8) Able to design primary and secondary electrical schematics for complete control cabinets, proficient in one drawing software such as AutoCAD/CAXA/Pro/E;
9) Able to accept medium to long-term or emergency business trips.

① The office location on working days is Tianjin, with weekends off and holidays in accordance with the State Council's holiday notice;
② For those participating in on-site technical services, the return time will be based on client needs.
