Mechanical Engineer Job Responsibilities
1) Collaborate with the project manager to analyze customer technical requirements and develop the "Technical Plan" and service plan;
2) Responsible for on-site drilling equipment troubleshooting, installation, debugging, maintenance, upkeep, and major repairs related technical services;
3) Supervise the usage of on-site equipment, and provide training for customer operators and technical personnel (if needed);
4) Assist safety personnel in checking the safety conditions of the work area and the safety status of on-site equipment to ensure the safe execution of technical services;
5) Collaborate with the project manager and safety personnel to identify and evaluate environmental factors and hazards on-site;
6) Accurately record on-site equipment operation data, maintenance records, and troubleshooting processes, and reflect them in service logs and service reports.
Job Requirements
1) Good character, college degree or above, major in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical automation or related fields, with 3 years or more experience in drilling equipment maintenance;
2) Physically healthy, no acrophobia, heart disease, hypertension, etc., and hold certificates for offshore oil operation safety training, hydrogen sulfide safety technical training, offshore traffic safety skills training, offshore oilfield worker supplementary certificate, and health certificate;
3) Proficient in drilling equipment professional knowledge, familiar with the structure, performance, and working principles of drilling equipment, able to accurately make fault judgments and effectively troubleshoot;
4) Strong hands-on ability, responsible work attitude, team spirit, and strong communication skills;
5) Able to adapt to medium to long-term, long-term, or temporary business trips.
