Circulation System
Composed of mud pumps, high-pressure mud pipelines, hoses, faucets, drill strings, and mud solid control equipment. Its function is to maintain mud circulation, wash the well bottom, and transfer the energy of the injected high-pressure mud to the well bottom.
Solid Control Equipment
Used to remove useless solid phase particles from the returned mud in the well. Commonly used equipment includes vibrating screens, sand separators, mud separators, gas separators, and centrifuges. In the late 1970s, automatic mud mixing systems began to be used in conjunction with well control devices, allowing for reliable control of the wellbore at any time.It can automatically maintain a constant mud density. When signs of a blowout occur, it can automatically adjust the mud density and other properties.
Power and Transmission System
Oil drilling equipment includes power engines and transmission units. The power engines are mainly diesel engines, electric motors, or gas turbines. The transmission units include mechanical transmission such as chains, belts, gears, hydraulic transmission, and electric transmission, which transmit power to the winch, turntable, mud pump, and other working machines..
